Alenda Durr is Co-Founder and Managing Partner - HR & Talent Strategies at The Maygreen Company. She previously led Inclusion & Connection Strategies at UScellular. With extensive HR and talent management leadership experience across industries with workplace culture strategy, compliance, and talent development, Alenda is widely recognized for her ability to drive inclusive culture change and organizational impact. Her coaching leadership style enables success for individuals and teams alike.

Alenda holds an M.S. in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago and a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

CO-FOUNDER AND MANAGING PARTNER - OPERATIONS & GROWTH STRATEGIES

Ron is a seasoned operations leader and values-driven strategist who brings clarity, compassion, and structure to every engagement. As Co-Founder of The Maygreen Company, Ron helps shape the firm’s direction with thoughtful planning, quiet strength, and a deep commitment to legacy. He is a trusted partner in strategic planning, client engagement, and operational execution, helping ensure that every Maygreen offering is both soulfully grounded and practically sound.

Holding Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Finance, Ron's experience spans corporate, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial spaces, making him a trusted anchor in strategic planning, client engagement, and execution.
